All rights, title, and interest in and to the EternaMind app, including its software, interfaces, graphics, and design, are and will remain the exclusive property of EternaMind and its licensors. Your use of the service grants you no rights to use or reference our intellectual property, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

Changes to the Service

Termination

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EternaMind, its parent company, officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the EternaMind app; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, privacy, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your content caused damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the EternaMind app.

These Terms and your use of EternaMind will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction from which EternaMind operates, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction of EternaMind's operations, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
